Class Description

K-5th Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm August 5 - September 30 Join us for 8 week sessions specifically focused on drawing and painting! Students will work with pencil, charcoal, pastels, ink, acrylics, and watercolor over the course this session. This class implements the TAB method (teaching for artistic behavior). You can learn more about this method at teachingforartisticbehavior.org. At TN Art Yard, we value creative thinking and exploration, and that includes learning the artists and processes that came before us. We aim to provide a balanced curriculum of personal exploration and art history in each session.
