Class Description
K-5th Wednesdays 1:00 - 2:00 pm October 2 - December 4 *No class October 10 or November 27 Join us for 8 week sessions specifically focused on sculpture and collage! Students will work with paper, clay, wood, wire, and more in this maker style class. This class implements the TAB method (teaching for artistic behavior). You can learn more about this method at teachingforartisticbehavior.org. At TN Art Yard, we value creative thinking and exploration, and that includes learning the artists and processes that came before us. We aim to provide a balanced curriculum of personal exploration and art history in each session. This time is also a great opportunity to create your homeschool community in a relaxed environment.
