After School Art and Puppetry

Class Description

K-5th Join us for 4 week sessions specifically focused on puppets! Students will build shadow puppets, marionettes, and hand puppets, over the course this session. We love this theme for incorporating art and play! This time is also a great opportunity to create your homeschool community in a relaxed environment. All classes last roughly 1 hour. Parent attendance is optional. All materials are included in the cost. Please contact TN Art Yard via email (lacyezell@tnartyard.com) regarding sibling discounts. With your registration comes access to our 12 page Mini Guide that includes image studies, conversation starters, and simple at home prompts for the child who is eager to continue learning at home. These guides are released per session (every 4 weeks). At TN Art Yard, we value creative thinking and exploration, and that includes learning the artists and processes that came before us. We aim to provide a balanced curriculum of personal exploration and art history in each session.
